________________________
We have developed a comprehensive three-day workshop for licensed professionals to learn barefoot massage techniques. This course covers both posterior and anterior protocols. Participants will have plenty of “feet-on” practice time throughout the class. The methods taught are Western-focused and include posterior and anterior protocols, enabling bodyworkers to deliver a detailed 90-minute Ashiatsu entire body session,
In addition to training you to use your foot as a massage tool, we will also teach you a trademarked sequence that has proven effective. You will confidently leave the workshop, equipped to practice your newly acquired barefoot skills immediately. Our top priority is to ensure you feel safe and ready to begin your practice before the workshop concludes.
While we use parallel bars suspended from the ceiling to help manage weight, it is essential to consider specific fitness levels and weight guidelines when enrolling in this course. Our teaching methods are thoughtfully tailored to accommodate each practitioner’s skill level, physical characteristics, and learning style.
