MASSAGE MODALITIES

The Process

  • Plan with Purpose

Every session begins with a thoughtful intake. We'll discuss your health history, lifestyle, movement habits, goals, and what you're hoping to gain from bodywork.

  • Collaborate Openly

Your first session is an opportunity for us to learn together. I'll observe how your body responds to touch, pressure, movement, and different techniques to better understand what modality works best for your goals.

  • Personalized Treatment Plan

Based on your goals and your body's response, we'll develop a treatment plan that may include bodywork, movement recommendations, self-care strategies, and an appropriate schedule for continued sessions.

  • Adapt if Needed

After approximately 10 sessions, we'll revisit your goals, evaluate your progress, and adjust your treatment plan as your body changes and your needs evolve.

My journey into massage therapy began in 2011 with a simple belief: the body has an incredible capacity to heal when we learn to listen to it.

After graduating from the Healing Arts Center in St. Louis, I spent the next decade exploring a wide range of therapeutic bodywork while developing a deep appreciation for movement, anatomy, and the relationship between the nervous system and physical well-being. With a passion to continue learning about the human experience I received a Bachleor’s degree in Human Biology from Logan University, St. Louis.

As my practice evolved, Thai massage became a central part of my work inspiring me to travel to Chiang Mai, Thailand, where I immersed myself in the study of Traditional Thai Massage and became a Certified Traditional Thai Massage Teacher through ITM International Training Massage School.

Today, I am dual licensed as a massage therapist in Missouri and Utah and continue to travel nationally and internationally as a continuing education instructor. I am an approved CEU provider and Certified Instructor through DeepFeet Bar Therapy for Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage and ITM International Training Massage School in Chiang Mai, Thailand, where I teach sustainable body mechanics, Thai massage, and therapeutic bodywork to massage therapists.

While my work is rooted in science, anatomy, and years of clinical experience, it is practiced with heart and intuition. Every session is guided by thoughtful assessment, curiosity, and compassion—meeting your body where it is rather than following a routine.

Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from injury, improving mobility, regulating your nervous system, or simply creating space to breathe, my goal is to help you find greater ease in both body and mind. Together, we'll create a treatment plan that supports not only how you feel today, but how you want to move, recover, and live in the years ahead.
